Mr. Oza has total experience of more than 10 years across banking, capital markets and real estate financing. At Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he works with the Head of Credit Risk & Asset Management to build a portfolio of Real Estate projects keeping in view the fund’s risk appetite return expectations and liability profile.

Prior to Joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he worked with ICICI Bank Limited (Credit Risk – Commercial Real Estate) for about 5 years and IIFL (Equity Research) for about 4 years. At ICICI Bank Limited, Mr. Oza was engaged in risk assessment for lending in real estate space (residential and commercial) across India. The role involved appraisal of the transaction, rating of the transaction based on proprietary rating model and highlighting key risks to the Committee of the Bank. At IIFL, He worked as sell-side equity research analyst with focus on sector agnostic mid-cap stocks.

Mr. Oza is a CFA Charterholder (CFA Institute USA), the Financial Risk Manager (Global Association of Risk Professional, USA) and the commerce graduate from Mumbai University.

Mr. Deshpande joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2020. He is responsible for technical evaluation of investments, due diligence, asset monitoring, assessing project performance and exits.

He has an experience of over 8 years in real estate consulting, technical due diligence and valuation. As a consultant, he has been primarily a part of wide variety of advisory assignments pertaining to project risk monitoring services, technical due diligence, and approval due diligence etc. for various asset classes such as residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure in and across India and Sri Lanka.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he worked with CBRE as a Consultant and later with Capital India Finance Limited as Technical Manager for its corporate lending business.

Mr. Deshpande holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal.

Mr. Kaul joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2015. He is responsible for deal evaluation, portfolio monitoring and managing exits across markets in India.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, Mr. Kaul worked with Oracle Financial Services Software for 2 years as an Associate consultant.

He has completed his BE (Computers) from Mumbai University and holds an MBA in Finance from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Mr. Goenka joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2021. He is responsible for credit analysis, monitoring investments and managing exits for real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, Mr. Goenka worked with SWAMIH Fund (SBICAPS) and Piramal Capital. At SBICAPS, he worked as an Associate in the real estate investment team primarily focusing on the investing and asset management across India. At Piramal Capital, Mr. Goenka worked as Senior Analyst in the real estate investment team focusing on credit underwriting and asset management across debt and equity platform primarily for MMR and Gujarat region.

Mr. Goenka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary.

Mr. Lokesh Jhanwar joined MORE in 2021. He is responsible for deal evaluation, portfolio monitoring and managing exits across markets in India.

Prior to joining MORE, Lokesh has worked with Mango Real Estate Advisors LLP, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited and Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited. At Mango, Mr. Jhanwar worked as Chief Manager focusing on raising institutional capital for real estate companies. At Edelweiss, he was responsible for investments in real estate projects across MMR. At ARGFL, he was a part of the Investment team looking after construction funding to developers in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Lokesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University.

Ms. Patel has an overall experience of more than 8 years in Real Estate Investments across banking, NBFC and AIF platform. At Motilal Oswal Alternates, she works with the Investments team for Identifying investment opportunities, Deal Structuring, Project Feasibility analysis, Due-diligences, Portfolio Monitoring and ensuring timely Exits.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Alternates, she worked with Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited (PCHFL) for 4.5 years and ICICI Bank Limited for 3 years. At PCHFL, she worked as an Investment Manager (Real Estate) focusing on Credit appraisal, Portfolio Management and Resolutions. At ICICI Bank, she worked as a Credit Manager (Real Estate) responsible for Investment Evaluation, Credit underwriting, Cashflow Modelling, Sanction and Asset Monitoring.

Ms. Patel is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University

Mr. Garg joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2024, where he is responsible for transaction evaluation, structuring, credit analysis, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and managing exits.

Before joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, Mr. Garg spent 2.5 years at Kautilya Real Estate Fund (KREF) as an Associate Vice President in the Investment Team, focusing on new investments and asset management across the Delhi NCR market.

Mr. Garg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Mr Pratik Maheshwari joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2024. He is responsible for deal evaluation, credit analysis, monitoring investments and managing exits across markets in India.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, Mr Maheshwari worked with SBI Capital Markets (SBICAPS) and PwC. At SBICAPS, he worked as an Associate in Investment Banking team involved in fund raising, M&A and debt restructuring activities across sectors. At PwC, he worked as Article Associate in International Tax and Litigation team.

Pratik is Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is also pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Mr. Soni joined MOPE in 2017. He is responsible for domestic fund raising and ongoing interaction with potential and current investors.

Prior to MOPE, he spent over 18 years in fund raising, sales and distribution, business development and investor relations with Motilal Oswal AMC, Daiwa Asset Management, Birla Sun Life Asset Management, Tata Motors and Birla Global Finance. Mr. Soni has been associated with the Motilal Oswal Group since November 2013. He was the Zonal Head – Sales & Distribution at Motilal Oswal AMC for four years. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for relationship and channel management, product and pricing strategy, new product launches and business development.

Mr. Soni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and has an MBA from Pune University.

Mr. Khatri joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. Responsible for Domestic Fund raising and ongoing interactions with current and potential investors.

He comes with over ’17 years’ experience in Fund Raising , Sales & Distribution, Business Development and Investor Relations across  Asset Management Companies . Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity he has been associated with Nuvama Asset management , Carnelian Asset Advisors , Aditya Birla AMC , ICICI Prudential AMC and Tata Mutual Fund .

Mr. Khatri has done his MBA in marketing from SIES College of Management Studies and Diploma in Financial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Ms.Kripa jointed Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. She is responsible for Institutional Fund raising  and investor relation activities

Before joining MOPE,  Ms.Kripa was handling Institutions & Corporates for over 17 years at different geographies with Bandhan AMC, Sundaram AMC, Invesco AMC and Standard Chartered Bank. She has been responsible for relationship & channel management, product strategy and business development.

Ms.Kripa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Company Secretary and has Master’s in Business Management from ICFAI

Ms. Karak joined MOPE in 2018. She is responsible for supporting fund raising and investor relations activities.

Before joining MOPE, Ms. Karak spent over 4 years at Strategic Growth Advisors, UFO Moviez and JP Morgan Chase & Co.

Ms. Karak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and has a Master’s degree in Finance from ICFAI University.

Ms. Shah joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. She is responsible for Investor Relations activities. She is a Financial/Marketing Professional with almost 10 years of experience. Before joining Venture Catalysts, she was working with VCCircle as a Senior Research Associate for Events division.

Prior to VCCircle, she has worked with Bonanza Stock Broking as a Risk Management Professional & SMC Global Securities as Arbitrage dealer

She is a CFA charterholder from ICFAI Institute, India besides holding a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Ms. Tirthani joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. She is responsible for Investor Relations activities.

Before joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Ms. Tirthani worked as an Analyst at Blackstone Inc. for 3 years where she was part of Investor Relations Team. She was responsible for handling Investor and Financial Reporting, along with day to day Investor activities.

Ms. Tirthani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and has a Master’s degree in Finance from ICFAI University.

Mr. Kedia joined Motilal Oswal Alternates business in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for managing operations for private equity funds and real estate funds, including domestic institutional fund raising, investment monitoring, fund compliance, fund accounting and administration, and investor relations. Mr. Kedia also represents Fund II on the Board of Dairy Classic.

He has 29 years of diverse experience across strategy and operational roles (Zee Entertainment Enterprise, Parag Milk Foods, Publicis Groupe, Coca Cola HBC SA, Kansai Nerolac Paints). At Zee Entertainment Enterprise, he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was responsible for driving the execution of the company’s digital strategy by launching the OTT platform, ZEE5. At Parag Milk Foods, he was responsible for listing the company through an IPO process and managing investor relations, in addition to his core role of CFO.

During his stint at Publicis Groupe, as the CFO (Media and Creative), he handled the India operations and led 20+ M&A transactions. At Coca Cola HBC SA as the Eastern European Finance Director, he was responsible for diverse strategic and operational roles, such as the acquisition of a juice manufacturing unit, setting up of mineral water unit, launching their route-to-market strategy, driving efficiency in cold chain setup, setting up advanced MIS system and developing a collaborative model between the Coca Cola company and its franchise bottlers. At Kansai Nerolac Paints, Mr. Kedia was instrumental in setting up a new production facility in Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Kedia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Ranchi University. He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary.

Mr. Gupta brings with him over 21 years of experience in Finance & Operations. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal team, he was associated with ASK Property Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd. where he was responsible for fund administration. He has in-depth knowledge on accounting of venture capital fund, alternative investment fund, PMS, compliance and statutory issues. He was involved in the entire lifecycle of the fund, including fund raising, investments and exits.

Mr. Gupta holds an MBA in Finance and is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.

Mr. Tibra joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2020 and brings with him more than 9 years of experience in Finance and Operations. He was previously associated with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd where he was responsible for fund administration. At Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he is responsible for accounting, finance, MIS and other strategic initiatives.

Mr. Tibra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University.

Ms. Daryani joined Motilal Oswal team in 2007. She is responsible for the smooth functioning of a variety of administrative responsibilities and routine tasks for efficient management of the organisation. Previously, Ms. Daryani worked with ICICI Bank Limited in the home loans department and was responsible for handling administrative tasks.

Ms. Daryani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
