Deal Evaluation

Our process includes an exhaustive evaluation of legal, technical and commercial due diligence of every project. We devote significant time towards understanding developers and forging lasting partnerships.

Approval from Investment Committee (IC)

The hands-on involvement of our IC and Investment Team in deal evaluation and decision-making process is key to the smooth lifecycle of projects.

Structuring

We have put in place a particular strategy to undertake mezzanine investments to lend us downside protection and threshold return. We selectively undertake structured equity transactions with established developers across India.

Deal Closure

We facilitate milestone-based payments to ensure accountability, greater control and fulfilment of financial commitment.

Post Investment

We believe in active participation that goes beyond monitoring of projects. Our goal is to impart best practices to our developer partners, have complete control over the cash flows in the project through escrow mechanism, and conduct frequent audits of the company, involving a project monitoring consultant to check on the site progress.
